I built an Elmyra 2 today and I’m slightly underwhelmed by the sounds. Maybe I’m missing something but it feels like the volume output is quite low. There seems to be no volume gain past noon and until I engage the ouch circuit it’s very tame.

Then I have a choice of either quiet, or proper volume but with lots of distortion.

Granted this is a DIY build, but I’ve made a lot of modules at this stage and have rarely, if ever, any issues with my builds.

Am I missing something? Faulty unit? Love to hear people’s thoughts

Hey guys I was wondering if you could help me on this. I’m not sure which way to solder this J201. Does DSG go towards the top of the board or back? Thank you in advance
