Is there a way of playing with a normalised set of genre tags. Pop, Rock, EDM etc.
As some tracks are tagged by some of the most obscure genres - trance, electronica, edm, progressive trance etc - I'd all class as almost 1 type of music.
Arpeggi seems to list almost every since genre, and some might only have 1 track in it. There either needs to be a way of multi selecting after searching or something to actually find any tracks

I know I could create a smart playlist and include all those genres as equals or contains strings, but wondering if there's a better way
Been consuming reddit via rss for a while. After starting to get a bunch of 429 errors I dropped poling (by tt-rss) to about 4 hours.
I consume by a mix of tt-rss in browser, or fiery feeds, a tt-rss compatible rss reader.
I used to be logged in with fiery feeds to reddit, so I was able to reply comment, but recently found that I wasn't signed in and couldn't reply.
Now, after reading through the comments of one thread, I get this banner appear, and trying to see how to get rid of it. I have no problem being signed in, but dont want to push every article to their app as it means a lot of jumping back and forth.

Was always after an on watch watch to update weight rather that having ot add it via phone.
But it's a bad implementation as a metric user - as it only does whole kg (which is fine if you use pounds).

I've run scripts before to sync my last.fm counts with navidrome - it's manual as there's a bit of "we think this last.fm track is this navidrome one".
But then if i go and get an updated version of an album (I've been slowly getting some as flac) then the playcounts are hosed in navidrome.
So what I'm looking for, it either a beter sync from last.fm (listenbrainz or maloja), or have navidrome use an external site for the playcounts - ie if being evaluated for a playlist.
Does such a thing exist, would it/could it be a plugin (the latter of looking up an external site for a playcount of a track).
Does anyone know at what point (how much per week/month) it’s worth adding one of their plans for covering fees?
I tend to invest about $16.5 a week and then another order of $5 every 4 weeks. With the odd random buy/sell. Hadn’t really looked into plans but wondering if there’s any benefit. At my level.
Does anyone have a method for fixing, or specifying or identifying two channels that are the same, but off different tuners (hdhomerun and iptv).
There is no indication as to the source of the channel, and they both list as a channel 1 with identical names. Do i have to hack around in the database to remove the iptv versions?

Can’t for the life of me get it to show up in jellyfin that has that dispatcharr instance set up.
Anyone got a workflow? I’ve tried deleting the device and re-adding. But now when I go epg and map channels - nothing shows up
Has anyone got a work flow that will replicate a spotify connect like experience. One thing I miss, is starting spotify desktop and saying "play on my google assistant compatible speaker". Currently, as I'm ios based, I have to use my phone and use airplay to my speaker - is has both google cast and air play capabilities.
But I really miss being able to drive that from the PC - freeing up the phone.
It seems to be the one feature missing from the Web UI - the ability to cast. Is that something a plugin could do? I could consume the media in plex - but that makes me feel dirty - as it leaves navidrome without the play counts etc.
I do have music assistant as well - which can do it....but honestly the Navidrome UI is a pretty nice experience - music assistant feels quite clunky in comparison.
