How do I get Assyria to spawn?
I'm going through my own A to Z and have gotten to Assyria, apparently they are supposed to spawn in 1938 but I've played as the ottomans twice and they never spawn. I also tried using gamerules to guarantee their revolt but still nothing happens. Can somebody help?
