My whoop got delivered yesterday, when I entered my email on the app it asked for a password, turns out I had a whoop account so I reset the password and tried logging in, however the app is throwing an error no many how many times I try, but I get an email saying new sign in detected.
As this is the email associated with the order I cannot use any other email. Not sure what to do now. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, tried logging in from another device but same error every time . Looks like my account is blocked. Does this mean my whoop is just useless right now even after paying for it
