Is there a website for Polish subtitles?

Hey,

So, I come from learning Japanese and I do something called "sentence mining". For that, I need the subtitles of shows I watch. Since my friend recommended me Świat według Kiepskich (a series I started to absolutely love), I thought why not give it a try? The only issue is that (on YouTube at least) they don't provide any actual Polish subtitles (the automatic subtitle thingy that YouTube does doesn't seem reliable). For Japanese, we have a site called jimaku.net (literally "subtitle.net" in Japanese). Is there something similar to that for Polish as well? And if not, where can I find Polish subtitles (esp. for Świat według Kiepskich)?

Will the download feature of Anilab ever return?

It's not working for like a week by now. I've tried downloading episodes via torrents (didn't work cause why would anyone be seeding inazuma eleven episodes) and anisurge but that also didn't work. I need them as local videos for creating anki cards for learning japanese

One friend of mine who convinced to finally make the switch (thank God he did cause frick no I'm not returning to Windows) constantly tells me to use Vim.

I have absolutely no idea why I should since I only use text editors for copying stuff (like exporting my Anki deck in a .txt format and copying it to feed it into a code to count how many words I have mined for the day, just Ctrl+A and Ctrl+C) or a tiny bit for CSS (cause I use a skin called Firefox GX, yea I know lame), so I don't really find any useful way to use Vim since Mousepad is absolutely enough for me to take quick notes.

So, why do people use Vim and is there any reason as to why I should to (for the ways I'm using a text editor)?

Edit: can it be that I unintentionally like hit a nerve or something?
