2023 Jeep Wrangler Sahara 4xe 4WD - Good purchase?

So, I am looking to purchase a new car and I've always wanted a Jeep. I have always been drawn towards the wranglers and love the 4xe. I have read and researched all the problems reported with the 4xe's, so of course I am assuming the risk if I were to purchase one.

There is a 2023 4xe for sale ($29,190) at a dealership near me with 40k miles; so about 13k miles/yr. For a wrangler 4xe, does the vehicle still have life in it? Is this a good deal? If not, what would be a more reasonable price? The Kelley Bluebook says its a fair deal, but I would like to know if anyone thinks there is wiggle room for negotiation. I would love for my out the door price to be less than 30k total. Also, has anyone had any good, or bad, experiences after purchasing a used 4xe?

I plan to use the vehicle for local driving (work, grocery store, friends' house, date nights etc). I live in/near a major city as well and spend quite some time there as well, but commuting by vehicle would be few, far, and in between.

I am new to Jeep and just want some non-biased and factual insight.

Genuinely need help

I am sitting for the July bar exam (1st time taker) and I genuinely need some study tips. I’ve started prep about a week ago and I’m going through lectures and taking notes. At the end of each unit I have a quiz in which I perform pretty well on but I feel like I’m not retaining anything at all.

My current schedule is the following:

6:00 - wake up
6:30 - Run or hit the gym
8:00 - shower and breakfast
9:00 - 3 hr session (lectures + notes)
12:00 - lunch
1:00 - 3 hr session (lectures + quizzes)
3:00 - 15 min break
3:15 - Recall exercise/final review

I understand everyone is different, but I fear this method is just not working for me. Pls help, I must pass this exam on my first try.
