Years ago, I had a great experience connecting with another bass player. I couldn’t afford lessons, but felt stuck so I reached out. He wanted to learn jazz, and I knew jazz. I wanted to be a better performer in my rock band and he was in a moderately successful touring band. We were able to swap tips and help each other out. I’m thinking with all of us here, we could definitely do something similar over a video conference call on zoom or Google meet or the bass discord something.

Would anyone be interested in joining if I set up something like this so we could help each other learn and get real time feedback?

As of a few days ago, it seems there is a bug in the moderation log on IOS. Every time I click into a post to review it from the mod log, I am no longer able to go back to the mod log or anywhere else other that to the user’s profile. I end up needing to close the app and restart it and re-open the mod log for every post when trying to moderate using IOS. Obviously this make moderation very tedious, and my moderation queue is getting a fairly large backlog.
