Is FC Tormenta ever coming back?

Haven't seen any news coming from them after their "hiatus". Taking a look at their website their Academy program seems to be running fine but they've made no mention of the USL1 team. Personally I'm very doubtful they'll come back but that's pure speculation

How active is your clubs subreddit?

Title explains it all. I was going to make a congrats post in AV Alta's subreddit. their keeper was an absolute monster with 8 stops versus FWFC, but I saw that the last time there was a post was over 2 months ago.

Ours isn't the most active, but there's at least a few posts a week.

But seriously, check out the highlights of Smith from the match. The guy is an absolute beast.

Is it time to move on from schipmann?

And I'm probably going to get hate for this, but I don't think Schipmann is our best option. There's been quite a few times I felt like he gave up a goal because he lacks athleticism. Schipmann may be a great locker room guy and a great teammate, but in a few matches that Echevarria has been put in I thought he did great. He was thrown to the wolves in the Prinx cup matches. I've watched every match either in person or what was available streaming, but I'm certainly not a goalkeeper expert, so I may be completely wrong.

Which club is next to exit USL1?

This is not a doom and gloom post. I think the league is in a good spot, and I'm over a positive on the leagues progress. More teams are entering than leaving. But historically 1-2 teams either fold, "go on hiatus" or self relegate.

My top pick is Charlotte based solely on attendance. Maybe there's mitigating circumstances, but averaging under 1k a game isn't healthy. Chattanooga would be my 2nd.theyve seen nearly a 30% decrease in attendance YoY.

Thoughts?

Johnny Aye, 16, joins Fort Wayne FC

I'm just curious what the youngest player is to join one of the professional USL leagues, be it USLC or USL1?

FWFC vs Forrward Mason on ESPN2 hurt USL 1

As a Fort Wayne FC fan , it was incredibly painful to watch the game last night. I was super excited since it was nationally broadcast on espn2. Unfortunately , The referees were some of the absolute worst I've ever seen. Pretty much the entire broadcast was just focused on how poorly everything was being officiated. FWFC should have gotten an obvious redcard that wasn't even called a foul. On top of that the play on the pitch was just really boring. Both teams had an incredible amount of unforced errors. I can't say I've seen a Forward Madison game, but i've seen every FWFC's and it might be thier worst watch even though it ended in a draw. I just found it incredibly sad that USL1 got on to ESPN2 and had such a sorry game.

Based on the ticket purchasing site(And assuming they've stopped sales of some sections because they're not complete) , it looks like there's only about 20 seats still left on the North grandstands , and everything else seems to be sold out. Who else is ready for opening night!?
