Not sure what to do?

So I had posted on this sub a while ago. And was mostly told to go to an actual dentist or orthodontist. Which I did on Tuesday. I mainly went as I one side of my jaw doesn’t close properly and I am also wanting jaw surgery for cosmetic reasons. However the dentist scanned my teeth and told me that my upper teeth and bottom teeth were almost perfectly straight but that I also had a slight underbite and that I would need to start a new round of Invisalign again. For reference I had something similar to Invisalign about 6 years ago. As well as the underbite I was told that I really should start with getting Invisalign as soon as I can as I will knacker out one side of my jaw within 10 years as I can’t use the other side at all to eat, so the other side is just doing everything. Now I also asked them about surgery and they said that it would need to be communicated with the surgeon and the orthodontist here. And that I would decide if I do the surgery first or the Invisalign treatment.

Now I’m also asking them if I can be referred onto the NHS, just as it would save a lot of money. But from what I’ve seen online, it takes a very long time. And the surgeons here in the UK are not as good compared to other countries, in terms of equipment and technology they use. So now I’m thinking of just saving up and looking elsewhere

Now in terms of sorting out my teeth with braces and jaw surgery. I’m wondering if it’s best to get braces here in the uk and then the surgery abroad. Just as the braces would have to be tightened every 6 weeks. And it would be kind of expensive to just take a plane to another country every 6 weeks. Is that possible to have an orthodontist do my teeth in the UK and then the surgery in another country?
