I recently found this sub and y’all have officially ruined me. I roast at home and thought I was a true snob… now I know where the REAL snobs live! 🤣

Anyway, I have a French press and V60 and would like a suggestion for a third brew method. It seems like a flat bottomed brewer may be a good third one to add and I’ve been eyeing the Orea 01 steel. I know I’m going to get a million opinions and I would prefer objective advice if at all possible.
