Chances of getting into IIM

I am 22M.
Category - OBC
Marks :
10th : 97.2
12th : 91
BE/BTECH CSE : 9.1 (Reva University)
Exp : Internship at JLLT COE Bangalore.
I plan to attempt with Workex
Represented my school in State Level Spell-Bee
Was in NCC and have a certificate
Was awarded 'Most Consistent Student of Batch ' during school days
Couple of certificates with race competitions and ball relays if can improve profile
Planning to volunteer in a NGO Service
I want to know if there is a chance of me getting into any top IIM's ? particulary ABC
I will be deciding whether to prepare for it based on this. Please advise.

What can I do to improve my profile for better chance of conversion in IIMs FMS XLRI
If it is possible in my case, please let me know the expected cutoffs or what else can i do to increase my chances of getting in ?
