HRT For a Non-Binary Person?

Hi all!

I'm a 20yo, genderfluid non-binary identifying person, who's looking into the possibilities of HRT to help me present more feminine. (Outside of clothing, hair, and so on.)
But in the country where I'm from, HRT is only given out with the purpose of full transitions. Meaning someone like me, who wants a fairer middle ground/not fully present as one or the other, won't be able to get approved for HRT. Buying any form of HRT in my country is highly controlled, meaning the necessary tools I need, are completely out of my reach.

This has made me look towards other alternatives, such a buying HRT products abroad while I travel. The thing is, even if I did get the products, I'm not sure how I'm supposed to actually take, administer, and in general go about using the products.

My main question is that I won't be on hormone blockers, so how will that affect the process?
Secondly, if I don't continue taking HRT over a prolonged period of time, how will that affect me, and how long can I go without such effects showing?

Lastly, general knowledge on the process would be greatly appreciated, thank you so much for reading a panicking silly's wall of text. ^^
