Anyone else having lower fps this season with no setting changes?

My specs are:

13600KF

4070TI

32GB 3600

I'm struggling to maintain over 100 fps on lowest graphics settings on 1440p. Used to be getting over 200 all the time easily. Ever since last season I've been having issue with Olympus low fps, but it was that map only. Now I'm getting low fps in every map, every situation, every where. Very painful experience. Just looking to see if anyone else are having similar issues. Thanks.
