Let's say you're non revving, and your flight has to divert somewhere remote like Goose Bay. Will the airline pay for your accommodations?

Can anyone recommend someone that can appraise a coin collection that used to belong to my father in law? Preferably in the Concord area. I doubt its worth a lot, but I want to get someone honest to look at it.

I flew out of the NY area in my GA airplane yesterday, and the N90 controllers I spoke to did an awesome job of helping me get out of there despite a myriad of TFR's and the normal airliner traffic. I was fully expecting to have to stay out of the B, but they gave me a clearance and got me on course way earlier than I expected. They also showed exceptional patience with another GA pilot that obviously hadn't read the TFR NOTAM's and kept asking questions.

I do a fair amount of GA flying, and it seems like 90% of the time the initial check in goes like this: "Dingdong tower, Cessna 12345 is 10 miles to the north with Bravo, inbound full stop" "Cessna 12345, Dingdong tower, information Bravo is current....."

Why you no hear me say I have bravo?

What are some things pilots do that might not be obvious that they are annoying?

I always try to be super polite and not ask for things when you guys are busy, but sometimes it's unavoidable.

Also, do you like it when we bring you things, like chocolates or something? Sometimes I feel like it can come off as creepy.

I fly the 757/767 at my airline, which will soon be adding A321XLRs to the fleet. The plan is to use them on East Coast–Europe routes, replacing the 757 in that role. Nothing will ever truly replace the mighty 757, but I’m curious about how the 321 variants have been performing. I keep hearing people say it ends up stuck in the high 20s or low 30s, crawling along, but that sounds more like Boeing loyalists thumping their chests than an accurate picture.

Especially ones that work HPN or north?

I'm starting to fly in and out of LDJ a fair amount, and I know the complexities of getting in and out of there IFR. I also know its nearly impossible to get an IFR clearance airborne in N90's airspace. But what about north of HPN? It is easy to get out of LDJ and northbound on the river if it is lets say 2000 OVC, but I wouldn't be able to get to my destination in the BOS area VFR. If I get up near POU, is there any chance at all I'd be able to get an airborne pickup?
