Does anyone know where you could get the complete set in Colorado? Or is there a way to determine which one is inside without opening it?

Complete collection messed up
My dad got my family the complete collection but season 2 has interlacing and some of the episodes were somehow cut off after 15 minutes. Has anyone else had this problem?
