I’m a new graduate of a 2 year Vet Tech college program. I have been looking for work for about a month and completed 2 interviews. 95% of the jobs posted want RVT’s and 2 or more years of experience. Isn’t my 2 years of school and 480 hours of practicum (on the job training for free at 3 hospitals) experience?

Any tips on landing a job or more experience and getting paid for it? I’m tapped out financially. And won’t be able to afford gas at $2/L much longer.
