Am i seeing a faint line? Or this is a shade? It looks like a very faded shadow (Photo taken within 5 minutes of test). Im confused.

Hello! I just adopted Cheddar days ago. Can anyone knowledgeable help me to determine what breed he is? He is the orange one. Male kitten . Age is about 2 months old. (Don’t mind my other cat. She felt a bit betrayed then).
