Roughly a year ago I was terminated from a company I worked at for roughly 4years. They denied my fmla and then later after they denied it told me I missed too many days of work and terminated my employment. I requested fmla for the birth of my first child I requested 10 weeks as my partner underwent a c-section and needed recovery time. They have 50+ employees so they meet the federal guideline. Do I have grounds to pursue legal action at this time, what would I pursue them for?
