Need help understanding some of the Garmin metrics after using for over a month
Runner, weightlifter, hiker, skier, activity enthusiast here. Trying to understand some of these metrics after using my Garmin FR965 for over a month.
In addition, I just ran a 50k on 5/9/26 (12ish min pace, 6.5 total hours) so maybe why I am also confused on what these metrics mean to me.
Male 29 years old, 6'01", 200 lbs.
VO2 Max - Ranging between 51-52
Training Status - Still in recovery after finishing my Ultra 12 days ago?
HRV status currently at 38ms and declining, currently in the "unbalanced" range. Baseline is 40-56. This one I am most concerned about because I don't understand.
