I had applied for another semester on April 4th, 2026 and haven't received a decision letter or payment schedule. Am I the only one who hasn't gotten one yet, or am I trippin'? I start classes June 1st.

I just visited my VSO about getting some exams done and I brought my paper records. He looked over them and said I had a "direct-basis" for insomnia, not as a secondary condition. I've always heard insomnia was secondary to an underlying condition. What does this mean?
