Got this car few months ago, runs smooth has 135k kms, everything is fine

But I keep hearing this sound and am concerned if it’s something important that I should be worried about? I have little mechanical knowledge. Sent the video to Gemini AI and it told me it’s the famous sewing machine sound that Toyota and Lexus engines have. It made sense but I have no trust in AI at this point

Would appreciate little guidance on what to do and when to be concerned and take it to the mechanic shop.
