Don't Amazon drivers use maps? I live in Denver, and somehow my driver decided that he wanted to drive to wheat ridge. He drove 30 minutes out of the way with my frozen and cold food (don't have a vehicle so it's hard to go shopping). I have no idea how to get into contact with him, and he keeps going the opposite way that the app is telling him! I live off Sheridan, not Wadsworth or Kipling.

Sorry for a rant, but they HAVE TO be using the app to tell them where to go, right?
