Opinions on current Bike Fit?

Can I get some opinions on the state of this fit? I am trying to get my Son set up on his racing bike after a seat and seat-post change while generally trying to get a better fit than he has had in the past. He does race and time trial so wants an aggressive type position.

I am using MyVeloFit but it is currently saying the saddle still needs to go up 5mm. I am in a quandary, I know there is bend in the knee but he does seem to be toe pointing here and does generally when he rides. On the other hand when we did go out for a ride after this, when he pushes his ankle down there doesn't seem to be a great deal of drop.

Does anyone have any ideas on whether I should just do what MyVeloFit suggests or whether it is not taking the toe pointing into account. Does he maybe need to work on this flexibility and stretching maybe?
