Has Trew’s customer service gotten really bad lately? I ordered something early last week and it’s still stuck in processing. I emailed them on Monday and they said they were “working with their vendor to correct some pricing discrepancies.” I followed up again today and haven’t heard anything back.It’s not a mission-critical piece of gear, but there are definitely times when I need something within a week for an upcoming gig, so the lack of communication is pretty frustrating.
