ive just compeleted my first ever build with my storage from my old pc which still runs windows 10, now when i boot my pc up i get questioned about a new cpu and smth or another about fTMP/PSP and then whatever a Bitlocker is, so i was just wondering on what to do, press Y and reset fTMP/PSP or press N to keep the "previous fTMP record and contuinue system boot".

also is it that bad to lift of my cpu cooling when ive already applied thermal paste? (i may have done that once or thrice)
