I usually don’t have issues with going in when I know I have to, but the moment I lose a point or hit 8 hours of ppto I have to fight demons to make myself go. Especially with how the last month or two has been 6 day work weeks every other week and two 6 day work weeks in a row this week and the next.

I’m trying to be responsible with my time rather than using it all and then having none left with ppto maxed out by September like I have the last 2 years. It just really feels like they’re TRYING to push it. I have no idea how people save several days worth of ppto while also having 0 points. Some of you are infinitely more patient than I.
