Characters with disabilities where the disability doesn't really hinder them in any way, in some cases improving their skills.

Toph Beifong (Avatar: The Last Airbender) Toph was born blind, which would be a big disadvantage in a fight for almost anyone. But, her prodigal level talent, and her earthbending teachers being the literal founders of earthbending, brought her skills to a level where she doesn't need to see in the traditional sense. She uses vibrations from the earth to ''see'' her environment, to the point where she can hear your heartbeat and tell if you're lying.

Aoi Todo (Jujutsu Kaisen) *anime spoilers* >!Todo's arm gets cut off by Mahito, losing his cursed technique Boogie Woogie which he activates by clapping his hands. But, during the Shinjuku showdown arc, its's revealed that he didn't lose Boogie Woogie, and he upgraded it by attaching a vibraslap to his missing arm, allowing him to ''clap'' up to 50 times per second!<
