Jama Masjid, Ahmedabad, India

The main entrance to the Jama Masjid, also known as the Siddi Sayyed Mosque, was built in 1423 by Sultan Ahmed Shah I, the founder of the city of Ahmedabad in Gujarat. The mosque is built in the local Gujarati variation of the Indo Islamic style of architecture, characterised by a largely trabeate structural system and highly ornate surface decoration.

Let's say that Muhammed Ghuri is defeated in the Second Battle of Tarain as well, and just like the Arabs, the Ghurid threat is too, eliminated from India.

But, in this timeline it's the Mongols who invade North India instead of the Turks.

Let's say this Indian Khaganate expands the same way the Delhi Sultanate did, and this timeline, Hammir Singh revolts against the Mongols instead of the Delhi Sultnate, and Babur fights the Battle of Panipat against the Mongols in India, not Ibrahim Lodi.

How would Indian history have progressed, especially if the Indian branch of the Mongols would've converted to Shaivism the way the Alchon Huns did? How would Indian architecture, cuisine and culture evolved?
