Now that I got the glass bead effect down…

I painted these today, using my non-dominant hand, please excuse the messy cuticles

I alternated two of LynB’s beautiful colors: Lychee Fizz (on thumb, middle, pinky)

and London Fog (pointer and ring)

KBShimmer get even (?) smoothing base coat

2-3 layers of nail polish (the 2 LynB’s mentioned above)

Used the 5D factory magnetic spinner w/ 30 lb horseshoe magnet on top, spinning each layer

Top w/ DRK’s Magic Effect, spin

Top w/ Sally Hansen Instadry (red bottle) topcoat

Enjoy! 💅🏼💜

I’ve posted before on my frustrations with how my magnetic polish effects turn out, especially the ‘glass bead’ style…something must’ve shifted since, because I think it’s actually working!! I’m ecstatic (and really didn’t do anything much different than before, so maybe it’s the quality/content of the polish brand)

Take a look at my latest creation:

Nailtiques base coat

2-3 layers of Cracked Polish’s ‘Spinning Vinyl’, after each layer putting finger into 5D magnetic Spinner (Etsy) with a 30 lb horseshoe magnet on top (ILNP)

Final coat is a layer of DRK’s ‘Magic Effect’, then into the spinner

Allow to dry, then applied Sally Hansen red bottle TC, then into spinner again

*on ring finger: one coat of ILNP’s ‘Flip Side’ also with glass bead effect* I was curious if the color was a top coat. It’s not. In fact, it was kinda thick and gooey

Finally verdict: Cracked Polish has completely changed the magnetic polish game!! It also helps that’s there are different fine particles in this particular color 💜🩷💙🩵

Thank you for reading, fellow Laqueristas! 😘
