Booked a taxi Van (10 seater) as I was travelling to Krabi from Phuket.
Was staying in Patong area,
Driver agreed for 3000 THB. We both went to hotel to pick up my family and luggage.
While we were waiting, driver got a phone call and he said that another car will come to pick us up for Krabi.
We agreed.
Our whole luggage was in car 1 which I booked and while we were waiting for car 2, I saw hotel staff lodging my luggage in car so I took out my wallet to give him a tip of 50 THB.
And I put my wallet in the section beside drivers seat and in front of First row seat where we can keep something.

Then 2nd car came, we left the 1st car and shifted to 2nd.
I forgot to pick up my wallet.

I suddenly realised after 30 mins where we stop to have lunch. (2:00PM)
I immediately tried to contact driver 1 by taking details from driver 2.
He immediately denied that nothings there. I asked that any passenger was travelling with you in meanwhile? He denied.

It was a Louis Vuitton wallet with some gov Id’s and 4000-5000 THB cash.
I pleaded him that I will give him 3000 THB if he finds my wallet.
He immediately sounded interested and said he will do something, (I have chats).

Time passed, I reached krabi and he was talking sweetly till I was in transit that he will help me etc.

I also believed.

Then he changed his story that he will try to question the passenger who took his taxi.
He said he went into his hotel to question him but couldn’t find him so he will lodge police complaint against him. LOL.

The moment I reached krabi he stopped replying to me and ignored my messages by saying he is busy and he will help.

I was disappointed that I lost a pricey wallet gifted ti me by my wife and some cash.

What do you guys suggest?

Me and my wife, we have recently shifted to Delhi and whenever we go to mall or some highend area, she gets really fascinated by the fashion sense of women here in Delhi and she has insisted me to find out from my office colleagues and she’s also trying really hard to know the places where she can get nice Outfits for her western as well as Indian.
Budget- no issues but should be value for money.
Please help!
