Styling co ord sets

Comfortable co ord sets are all the rage lately so I bought a few sets from Femella. The fabric, sizing, quality is great. My purpose for these are to wear them as lounge sets, travel sets, while running errands, etc. However, a few posts mentioned that sometimes co ords look a bit like pyjamas. I am a little skeptical now on how to style them to not give out a pyjama sort of look. The fabric is really soft bamboo lycra and feels super soft on the skin, I know Im going to reach out for these frequently but I also want to enjoy wearing them from a style/fashion lens.
Would carrying a nice sling (charles and keith totes) and stylish flats/sneakers look good?

Stepping Out in a Fish Scale Textured Dress 💫

Trying out this sleeveless above-the-knee dress with a unique fish-scale texture. I'd really appreciate an honest outfit rating. Feel free to critique the fit, silhouette, color, proportions, and overall styling. I'd also love suggestions for accessories, footwear, hairstyle, or anything else that could make the look better.

Apparently leopard print is a neutral?

Went out fully intending to keep the outfit simple and somehow ended up looking like I have very strong opinions about mocktails and being fashionably late.

Black halter/cut-out top + leopard print flared pants, minimal accessories and the confidence that only arrives after you’ve already left the house and can’t change anymore.

I was slightly unsure whether the pants would be too much but I actually love how the black top balances them out.

Fit check - would you keep it exactly like this or style the pants differently? 🐆
