Hello,

I have been looking at volunteering for an ADOS position on the MOBCOP site.

I see a few of the open jobs I have been looking at have more than 5 people who have applied.

My question is;

-How do they make their selection?

-Do you need to attach anything when you apply?

-Is it a lottery....just keep applying?

-How does it work to get sected?

-How did you get selected? (if you ever applied?)

I am currently on title 10 orders. Payroll personnel screwed up my pay and claim they got my orders "in" right at the last second to be paid on the first.

I have not seen and LES however.

Is it possile to still be paid even though and LES is not generated in DFAS?

Realisticaly I have no problem waiting until the 15th.

I was recently activated (at a school for 60+ days).

Tricare switched me over to tricare prime, however dropped my family from Tricare Reserve.

I attempt to enroll them into Tricare Prime, and milconnect will not allow me to.

After speaking with DEERS, they indicated that my unit somehow has me marked as "awaiting to start training."

Any idea where this "status" is? Any one delt with this before?

I’m curious as to what an actual day to day is like for AGR 38A.

What positions do they hold at ranks 03/04?

2: daily life videos where someone gets out of bed and makes coffee in a d-bag way (some weird tool of some kinds of pour over

3: videos where it is just someones hands and they have a sleeve covering half their hand for some reason

4: videos of people driving and talking about a topic. why are they driving?

5: videos with long intro graphics just so the OP can get the view in their view count

For those of you that were NG…do you still wear your NG ribbons even though the reg says you can’t?

curious what the consensus is.

Coming off of active duty I found it necessary to keep your "salute" up as not saluting when a senior officer walked by would be a death sentence.

As I am now in the reserves...I find that I am stopping soliders and speaking with them frequently (a few times a day on drill weekend).

Is this the norm?

Is this a biproduct of the gen z?

Am I the one who is disrupting the culture?

Thoughts?

I am currently in Prmotion Peril as a CPT (CA).

I am about to hit the zone in FY27 and will be on the promotion list to MAJ.

Problem is I have been given approx 5 years TIG when I commissioned (Direct) in 2025.

I will have BOLC done by SEPT however will be fighting to get a CCC slot prior to JAN.

What are your thoughts on a PME waiver for CCC being approved by the promotion board in this situation? Have you seen them become approved to avoid being a "non-select?"
