Bought a new house in Utah, and I'm inexperienced with irrigation systems and no instructions were left by previous owner... what are these valves??

There's a 5-zone B-hyve wifi controller in back, and I see the manual Irrigation Control Valve in front (next to house under a circular cover labeled as such) - but I don't see a Backflow Preventer after that, just these under a square cover near the water meter.

Are they regular Control Valves? Or maybe Anti-Siphon Valves?

Any help is so appreciated!!
