When I got home I cleaned my teeth and flossed gently after eating. There was residue between teeth and came out with the floss from what I know. I have a transilluminator and after flossing I looked and there still looks like there is a tiny black dot where I had spotted the cavity before albeit smaller. This is a competent dentist I went to. Is the dot possibly something else? I go back in June for a crown fitting for a different tooth and was wondering if I should mention then.
