I’m not sure about most people, but for me the playlist is the most important part of the session. Every track guides or distracts from the journey. I have been working on several different playlists over the last eight months for my weekly Spravato sessions. Some have been better than others but I recently discovered this John Lennon Love, Meditation Mixes on Apple Music, it’s also on Spotify and YouTube. The binaural frequencies really help take me to new levels inside the K world. I use the same four songs at the beginning of all my playlists and then change up what follows. I find that consistency at the beginning gives me a calm and comfortable take off. I’m going to stick with this one for a while. Any old Deadheads like me, might find it helpful.
