Who I am & What We Are Building:
I am the founder and CEO of an AI-driven service solutions startup focused on automating and scaling operations for B2B sectors. While I bring two decades of deep operational management experience from the high-volume service and hospitality industries—meaning I know exactly where legacy businesses bleed money and who holds the purchasing power—our AI architecture is built to scale across multiple service-based industries.
Current State (We are past the "idea" stage): This is not a "I have an idea, please build it" post. The technical foundation is handled. I have a dedicated CTO currently deploying our proprietary cloud architecture and finalizing our enterprise-grade bilingual voice AI demos. We have the product; now we need the pipeline.
Who I Am Looking For: I am looking for a pure-play, absolute hunter of a Sales Co-Founder. You need to be someone who thrives in the 0 → 1 grind and has a track record of closing B2B software or service deals.
Your focus: Building the B2B pipeline from absolute scratch across multiple service sectors, handling aggressive outbound outreach, running product demos with business owners and decision-makers, and closing contracts. Bonus points: If you have experience executing bilingual (English/Spanish) sales strategies or have an existing deep network in the Texas B2B space, you will crush this.
The Deal (Compensation): This is a 100% sweat equity partnership, but we do not do rigid, traditional equity splits or hourly time-tracking where dead weight gets rewarded. We use a dynamic equity structure based on a milestone unlocking schedule. Your ownership scales directly with the revenue milestones we hit and the contracts you close. You eat what you kill, and your slice of the pie reflects your actual impact on the business, not the hours you log sitting at a desk.
We are bootstrapping this initial phase, so there is no base salary right now. Our mutual goal is to close our first pilot clients, hit our initial MRR targets, and use that cash flow to instantly unlock salaries and aggressive commission structures.
