While the target is Stunned, EX Special attacks and Chain Attacks deal 35% more DMG to the target. This effect can stack up to 3 times and resets when the Stunned effect ends.

When ordering Drusilla or Anastella to attack, other squad members' PEN Ratio increases together with Rina's, by 25% of Rina's PEN Ratio + 7.5%–12%, up to 30%. And triggers Ether Veil: Haunted Storm. Ether Veil: Haunted Storm while active does constant Electric damage to all enemies counting as damage dealt by Rina, allies inside Ether Veil: Haunted Storm gain X% CRIT DMG based on their in combat PEN Ratio. The effect ends when both Drusilla and Anastella return to Rina.
If there is an agent who is both an Anomaly Specialty Agent and has the Electric attribute in the Squad. Alexandrina Sebastiane, does not contribute her dealt accumulated Attribute Anomaly Buildup toward Anomaly DMG calculation.

[Planned on adding a way to buff his synergy with his current teammates (Grace, Jane and Yanagi) but even if A ranks got Awakened Potentials would they even give them more than 1 level.]

Ultimate: Justice Prevails [Potential Vision]
When Decibel Rating is at Maximum, press (The Ultimate button) to activate:
Launch a series of upward attacks in front, followed by a Finishing Move, dealing massive Electric DMG.
Activating the move accumulates 75% Resolve, and grants 3 additional Assist Points. During the first 2.5 seconds of the skill, it triggers the Quick Assist of the squad member positioned before Seth. If the Quick Assist is activated, Seth will do and extra 2 Slashes before the finishing move, extending the duration.
After the move, hold (The EX Button) to chain into EX Special Attack: Thunder Shield Rush - High Voltage, enabling faster charging.
Character is invulnerable while using this skill.
Core Passive: Protector [Potential Vision]
When Seth uses EX Special Attack: Thunder Shield Rush - High Voltage, he gains a Shield of Firm Resolve equal to X% of his initial ATK, up to a max of 3,000 points, and lasting 25s. This effect can trigger once every 10s. When Basic Attack: Lightning Strike - Electrified, Assist Follow-Up: Public Security Ruling or Ultimate: Justice Prevails triggers a Quick Assist or Chain Attack, causing another squad member to enter the field, that squad member and every other Squad member except Seth, gains a Shield of Firm Resolve equal to X% of Seth's initial ATK, up to a max of 3,000 points, and lasting 25s. This effect can trigger once every 10s. Having a Shield of Firm Resolve increases Anomaly Proficiency by Y.
