I'm curious, is this the current attitude of employees towards burnout in the NL?

The post is from a Dutch CEO Robert Vis and there is a ton of supporting comments and reactions to his post.

I also work in the NL but in my surroundings burnout and prevention is taken a lot more serious compared to last few years. So it's a bit of a shock to see some of the comments..
