So we all know this whole moving from quarterly to monthly has been a fiasco, as well as changing software for billing at the same time. . . but PLEASE EXPLAIN how my Feb, March and April billing have ALL been for the three months prior billing periods? Anytime I call them to try and speak with anyone, I am hanging up after 10 minutes when it tells me there is still a possible 10 min wait time. The first bill that is in their "new system" for December bill date has an error and will not let me pull it up (I too had problems with delivery of bills just stopping like a year ago) and can not log into old system to look at past bills either, so now I am just suppose to sit around and wait for one of my bills to include a whole three months of billing period? This is absurd!
