Urgent Help Needed: Husband's Verification Permanent suspension on Stripchat
Hi everyone,
I'm Isha, and I'm reaching out desperately for advice or any possible help regarding my husband’s verification issues on Stripchat. We are a genuine married couple who create friendly couple content together. We’ve never tried to break any rules or policies.
The problem:
My husband’s documents (mainly his driving license) have a minor error in the date of birth. Previously, this was never an issue — his verification always got approved without problems.
Suddenly, every new attempt is being rejected with the message about “different information provided before.”
Now it’s escalated to a permanent suspension: “All further applications will be rejected by this person.”
We’ve contacted Stripchat support multiple times via email. They respond but are not lifting the permanent block.
Because of real-life problems (family interference, creeps, legal conflicts, etc.), we sometimes had to create new accounts, which has made the verification situation even worse. I really can’t manage streaming and everything alone — I need my husband with me for couple shows. This is breaking us emotionally.
We fully respect Stripchat’s verification process. Documents errors can happen, especially with official IDs. We’re willing to provide any additional proof, corrected documents, video calls, or whatever is needed to verify we are a real married couple with no bad intentions.
Has anyone faced a similar permanent verification suspension and managed to get it reversed?
Any tips on how to write a strong appeal?
Is there a specific support email, ticket method, or staff member known to handle these cases more carefully?
Any other platforms that are more understanding with couple accounts?
We’re truly at our limit and would be incredibly grateful for any advice, success stories, or guidance. Please be kind — we’re not trying to bypass rules, just looking for a fair chance to fix this honest mistake.
