I’m stuck in a loop with my Nothing Ear (3) and could use some help. The Symptoms:
Button is responsive: When I press the button, it blinks white. However, it only blinks once. It will not enter the "continuous blinking" pairing mode no matter how long I hold it.
Reset fails: Holding the button for 15+ seconds does nothing. It never flashes red to signal a factory reset.
Earbud Detection: When I drop the earbuds into the case, the LED flashes to acknowledge they are seated. The connectors look clean and aren't stuck.
Active State: The earbuds actually have ANC active while in my ears, so I know they have power, they just won't trigger the pairing handshake.
It seems like the case is "alive" but the software is refusing to initiate the pairing/reset protocol. Has anyone else had their Ear (3) get stuck in this "responsive but locked" state?
On a sidenote: Before this happened it worked fine. The case was separated by location from the buds for one day.
