Transition from Cribs to Beds... How????

I'm dying. I'm not doing okay. Our soon to be 2 year old twin girls were getting out of their cribs so we switched them to toddler beds. Now nobody is sleeping.

They're stripping, pooping all over, turning the lights on and off...

I have one twin, A, that will stay in bed if I am in the room and just needs some patting and she will probably stay down.

The other, B, takes my presence as a challenge to go absolutely feral, and specifically does crazy stuff to get my attention.

If I leave them alone, B will kind of bully A and take her pacifier, water bottle, blanket, etc, and twin A gets amped up by twin B being crazy.

The only things in their room besides the beds are the changing table (anchored) and dresser (anchored), which I have emptied out because of all the clothes thrown around, and a trash can and laundry hamper.

They aren't napping at all, they're inconsolable and cranky and mean during the day, they will eventually pass out around 10pm by the door if I just leave them to their own devices, but then they are up at 5:30 or 6am with no nap.

In the cribs, they were 8-9pm asleep (put down at 7), wake up between 7-8, with ~3-4 hours of napping in the daytime, sometimes two 2-hour naps.

We went from 13-14 hours of sleep a day to 8.

My husband works overnights half the time, so 50% of the time we can double team, but 50% of the time I am solo, and still have to do nighttime routine with a 6 year old.

I am at my wit's end. I'm not doing okay. I remember this time being my breaking point with my oldest and having to do it with 2 feels absolutely impossible.
