Hongdian 72 colored pencils - Has anyone tried these?

Hongdian 72 colored pencils - Has anyone tried these?

I'm on the hunt for good quality cheap sets with soft / smooth cores. I already have all the professional sets, I need inexpensive yet workable alternatives for my everyday art & coloring. I'm looking for my spark again, and I found that using expensive supplies puts so much pressure on me that I'd rather just not draw / paint at all.

I've seen a lot of fantastic reviews of this set on AliExpress, yet Google returns nothing when I'm trying to see potentially less biased or more professional / experienced opinions. I see nobody talking about these. And that's already a big red flag.

I'm here to ask if any of you have tried this set, or have heard about anyone trying them / making a review / etc. Like I said, I've already tried Google, with different search terms, exclusions etc. but came up with nothing.

I appreciate recommendations. I already have the best (IMO) budget sets I could find so far, like Faber-Castell Black Edition, Gold Horse 78 (B9 series, the best budget pencils I've ever used), Posca Pencils, Marco Renoir, etc. Please don't recommend things like Kalour, Brutfuner, or Castle Arts (the Pasteltints set was such a disappointment), I find them far too hard and low on pigment.

Thank you!

TL,DR: Has anyone ever tried the Hongdian 72 set of colored pencils? Can't find reviews outside of AliExpress, but it has great reviews on there. I'm aware that's a red flag. That's why I came here to ask, to make sure. Thank you!
