Order renews in two days and no response from customer service

I'm finishing my first vial this week and my second one will be charged on Friday. I've been trying to contact customer service for over a week to increase my dose but the messages would disappear every time I checked back. I finally got one to go through and they won't respond. I messaged clinical staff, as well, and they told me to message customer service. I told them I did so hours before and got no response. I don't want the same starter dose I'm finishing but no one will respond to my requests to increase it. I'm not sure what else to try.
