Is this Eczema or something else? (Redness and bumpy)
These started popping up on my upper arms over the past couple of days and I’m unsure if it’s eczema or maybe something else like an allergic reaction.
I’m using a new lotion and the weather has been unbearably hot but not sure if that would cause a flare up.
Any thoughts are appreciated!
