Hi all, I have ported over to US Mobile Dark Star from Visible yesterday afternoon, while I've been able to use data, it's now approaching the 21 hour mark since I've been able to receive calls and texts.

I've reached out to customer service and they stated that the port was 'complete' and that they have escalated the case to be resolved in the next 12-24 hours.

Does anyone know if this is normal? I'm not used to ports taking longer than 10-15 minutes and I know I triple checked the Visible number transfer details. 😞
