First time dad to a 9 month old. He has been sleeping through the night for 11 hrs for the last 2 months since we sleep trained him. And although it has been an absolute game changer I can't seem to shake this constant persistent fatigue.
I feel about 80 to 90% every day, is that just the reality of being a parent going forward?
