Hello!

I went to the doctor earlier this week and she has referred me to Care ADHD.

I received confirmation yesterday that my ADHD referral has been accepted and that they will contact me shortly.

I'm just wondering how long it takes for the pre-assessment forms to be sent over? Equally, I'm wondering if they're digital or physical?
