Sooo I have a Gyno appointment booked for this week and im a bit scared. Is there anything I should do to prep? what should I wear? anything I should know??

So my DR has told me she wants me to see a Gyno about a few things, so I am booked in for next week but have never seen one and Idk what to do. Any advice for girls who have been? Does my Mum need to go with me?
