Refund Issue
Hi! I'm curious if anyone else has run into this and if they maybe know a resolution. On Sunday May 10th I went to my local Alo store to make a couple of returns. They were returns from 2 separate orders. When I look at my receipts it says items from both orders have been returned and refunds processed. I have so far been refunded for one but the other is not even showing a pending deposit for me to get my money back. I have reached out to Alo customer service, they told me to go to the store and ask them, the store told me to call customer service, customer service said its something to do with shop me and it's between 3 and 10 business days for a refund? I have never had this issue before and I am just confused how one can be refunded and the other not and I ordered them both from directly on the alo website. Any time I have returned anything to Alo, the refund is there usually 2 days later. Any tips would be helpful!!
